Citrus Swordfish and Leek Kebab

Start the evening preparing a swordfish/leek kebab for an appetizer, followed by Cod en Papillote (in parchment) for your entree. Served with Baguette to absorb all the wonderful juices. Meal served with a Sauvignon Blanc to compliment the flavors.'
